The girl's family is being represented by Gloria Allred in the case of Josh Giddey.

Tyrese Haliburton's first triple-double was timely. A big second-half performance by Haliburton helped the Indiana Pacers beat the Boston Celtics 122-112 on Monday night in the NBA's in-season tournament quarterfinals.

For many years, Allred has fought on behalf of female clients in litigation involving prominent males and celebrities. In her email answer, she failed to provide any details.

Allred's involvement in the case was initially disclosed by TMZ Sports.

Police in Newport Beach, California, said this week that they had detectives on the case. But first, the NBA had said that it was looking into the matter.

An anonymous social media user claimed last month—in a post that has since been removed—that the girl shown in photos and videos with Giddey was a junior in high school. The account on social media is no longer active.

October was Giddey's birthday. He is an Aussie. So yet, neither he nor the Thunder have addressed the problem by providing any comments.

For Oklahoma City, which is second in the Western Conference with a 13-6 start, Giddey averages 12 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 4.2 assists. After the claims, he started all four games but played a season-low 17 minutes in Saturday's win against Dallas.

Giddey was drafted sixth overall in 2021 and awarded All-Rookie second team in 2021-22. He averaged 16.6 points, 7.9 rebounds, and 6.2 assists last season. For a 3-2 Australia squad at the World Cup, he averaged 19.4 points.
